Working with 1100, 3003, and 6061 aluminum, we fabricate commercial HVAC inlets through a combination of metal spinning and machining processes.
This featured inlet has a 0.060 of an inch material thickness and each inlet measures 8 inches long with a 20 inch product diameter. CNC turning and milling is used as the primary cutting method to form these components. We hold standard tolerances of +/- .030”.
