These featured metal venturis are manufactured for the Powder and Bulk Solids, Air Movement, and Commerical Paint industries. Working with stainless steel, aluminum, steel and other materials, we apply a combination of hydroforming CNC spinning, and machining to fabricate these Venturis.

Custom Ladles for Die Casting & Foundries

Our current customers come to Helander to help solve their ladle problems, such as, needing more thickness, or hardened bracket pins. Using a combination of CNC spinning, CNC Machining and Welding Helander Metal Spinning Company can fabricate custom ladles most commonly in stainless steel and or carbon steel in small and large quantities, with custom handles or brackets included. We feature material thickness between 0.060” up to 0.375”in stainless steel.
