Working with 1100, 3003, and 6061 aluminum, Helander Metal Spinning Company fabricates commercial HVAC inlets through a combination of our superior metal spinning and machining processes. With a 0.060 of an inch material thickness, each inlet measures 8 inches long with a 20 inch product diameter. Using CNC turning and milling as our primary cutting method, we hold standard tolerances of (+/- .030) of an inch.
