Standard Airflow Nozzles:
Helander Metal Spinning Company is the largest producer of air calibration nozzles
in the world. They are offered with or without taps, caps
are available and the nozzles meet AMCA standards. Standard
sizes range from .375" to 24" in bore diameter.
Helander Metal Spinning Company is a custom metal forming and fabricating company therefore custom size orders are welcomed. See table below for sizes offered.
Clearance Hole: The approximate hole size that would be cut in the chamber in order to bolt in the flange of nozzle.
Nozzle Cap: This is not an air tight plug, rather, it is an alunimum cap that fits over the bore of the nozzle for protection.
Note: standard nozzle flanges do not come with a bolt hole pattern. Blank material thickness will thin in the spinning process and the final part wall thickness will vary.
